摘要
通过测量磷化时电位-时间曲线,分析NO_2^-、F^-离子对成膜的影响,并结合耐蚀试验和磷化膜的形貌观察,得到磷化性能较好的室温磷化液.
By measuring the potential-time curve during the phosphating process, the effect of NO2-,F- on the formation of phosphating film are analysied. And by means of the anti-corrosion test and the observation of the phosphating film, the result shows that the phosphating solution has a good performance.
