环境温度磷化钝化液的研制

摘要 为研制环境温度磷化钝化液,据低温磷化原理,降低磷化温度关键是选择适当的氧化性促进剂,在讨论了各种因素对成膜影响的基础上,确定磷化液的成分,主要含有Zn2+、Mn2+、NO3-、PO43-,适量的Ni2+、Ti3+,以及表面活性剂、缓蚀剂、复合钝化剂等。在温度5~30℃下,磷化钝化一步完成,方式采用浸渍式,时间5~20min。经两年多生产实践,该磷化液适用黑色金属漆前预处理。 In order to develop the phosphorization and passivation liquids at ambient temperature,according to the principle of phosphorization at low temperature,the reducing in phosphorization temperature,the key is to select suitable oxidisability promoter. On the basis of discussing the iufluence of various factors of the filming,the phosphorization liquid compositions are determined; It contains mainlg the following compositions, such as Zn2+, Mn2+,NO-3 ̄-, PO_4 ̄3, the suitable Ni2+ and Ti3+, the surface active agent, the corrosion moderator,and the complex passivation agent etc,The suitable temperature of phosphorization and passivation is 5~30℃,it is accomplished in one step,and use the immersion method,the time is 5~20min,Through the production practice more than two years,this phosphorization liquids are suitable for ferrous metal pre-treament before painting.
