摘要
为了弄清玉米收获时,茎秆粉碎功耗与秸秆含水率、喂入量之间的关系,从而为玉米联合收获机配套动力选择提供准确的田间试验依据,利用无线网络遥测系统对4YW-2型玉米联合收获机秸秆粉碎部件的作业功耗进行了测试,结果发现当玉米秸秆含水率为79.63%、喂入量在1.91kg/s时,粉碎功耗峰值达12.04kW,约占所配输出动力的54%。同时发现玉米秸秆含水率对秸秆粉碎功耗的影响较大且随着含水率的增加,粉碎功耗明显增加。田间测试证明无线网络遥测系统安全方便。
The purpose of this research was to acquire the valuable consumption power of corn straw chopping in the field at different feeding speeds because it was the main parameter for selecting suitable engine of corn harvester machine. It was also to make clear the functional relationships between the parameters, such as consumption power, feeding speed and moisture content of corn straw. By means of wireless data acquisition system, a new method for real-time measurement of consumption power was applied in this paper. The test results show that when the feeding speed of corn straw is 1.91 kg/s, the maximum consumed power could reach 12.04 kW which was 54 percent of engine output power. It was also found that consumption power increased as the feeding speed rose and moisture content had great influence on consumption power. The field test proved that wireless data acquisition system was safe and convenient.
