摘要
为研究秸秆物料力学特性,解决秸秆加工机具参数优化设计等问题,设计研制了一种用于进行秸秆物料力学特性试验的装置,该装置主要有加速系统、数据采集系统和控制系统三部分组成,采用了先进的数据采集分析系统和高速摄影技术,结构简单,操作简便。经过试验表明,利用该测试系统可以对秸秆物料进行破碎加工组合设计试验,研究物料的机械力学特性,探讨秸秆破碎机理,为开展这方面研究提供了一种可靠、有效的方法和工具。
A kind of test-bed was designed to study the properties of straw materials and to solve some problems, such as optimization of parameters of processing machine. There were three sections including acceleration system, testing system and controlling system in the tester. An advanced system of data acquisition and analysis and high speed camera were applied. It has simple structure and it is easy to be operated. It is showed that some experiments to test the properties of straw materials can be done, and the theory of straw crush can also be researched on the test-bed. It is also an effective method and credible instrument.
