摘要
玉米联合收获机的割台装置是玉米收获机的核心部件,其技术性能优劣,直接影响玉米联合收获机的作业质量,为了更好地改善玉米收获机割台装置所存在的损失大,易堵塞,适应性差的问题,对割台装置结构参数进行更深入的数学和物理分析并进行相应的田间试验比对,从而获得更加科学的结构和运动参数,为板式割台的设计制造提供科学的参数依据,从而提高玉米收获机的作业质量和技术水平。研究的基本方法是建立数学计算模型和数学试验模型,通过数学计算和模型试验得出更加科学可靠的运动参数。
Cutting device of the Corn united harvest machine is the core parts of the machine.Advantages and disadvantages of the technical performance,directly influence the work quality.In order to better improve the cutting device for the issues of high loss,easily blocked,and poor adaptability.Further mathematical and physical analysis on the structural parameters and the corresponding field experiment was needed to obtain the structural and kinetic parameters for the design and manufacture of board type cut sets and thus to improv the work quality and technological level of corn harvest machine.The basic method was to establish the mathematical model and experimental model,through which the more scientific and reliable motion parameters were obtained.
