摘要
为研究1ZT-210型水稻整株秸秆还田机前进速度、刀辊转速、埋草弯刀的安装角对功耗的影响规律,通过三元二次正交旋转组合设计进行试验,并采用遥测技术对功率进行数据采集,得到各单因素与两两因素交互作用对功耗影响的变化曲线和回归方程,并得到当机器前进速度为1.3 km/h、刀辊转速为213 r/min、安装角为55°,功耗最小为10.56 kW.试验通过因素组合达到降低功耗的效果,结果为整机的改进设计提供理论参考.
In order to study the influencing rules of the forward speed,knife roll revolving speed and setting angle to the power consumption of 1ZT-210 type rice straw return machine,three factors quadratic orthogonal experiment was carried out.Power data were first collected using remote sensing technology,then the changing curve and regression equation of the influencing single factors and interaction of two factors combination to the power consumption were obtained.When the machine′s forward speed is 1.3 km/h,knife roll speed is 213 r/min,and installation angle is 55°,the minimum power consumption is 10.56 kW.Power consumption is reduced through factors combination test,which provides theoretical reference for the whole machine design.
