摘要
为得到黑豆精量播种排种装置最佳排种性能,对黑豆精量排种装置性能进行试验研究。利用JPS-12型排种性能检测试验台,以排种轴转速、种床带前进速度、排种器真空室真空度为试验因素,以合格率、漏播率、重播率为性能指标,在单因素试验基础上,对黑豆进行二次正交旋转多因素试验。试验结果表明:排种轴转速-种床带前进速度及二者交互作用对性能指标影响极显著,真空室真空度对性能指标影响不显著。通过Design-Expert软件求得性能指标最优解:排种轴转速为29.22r/min、种床带前进速度为5.5 km/h、真空室真空度为6kPa时,排种器性能最佳,合格率均值为97.6%。对最优性能参数进行验证试验,预测结果与实际值符合中华人民共和国机械行业标准《JB/T 10293-2013单粒(精密)播种机技术条件》中规定的播种作业性能评价指标,预测可信度较高。
This paper researched the precision seedling device of black soya bean. By using the JPS-12 computer vision test bed, researched the influence of the vacuum degree, the band speed and the spindle speed about the influences of qualification rate, leakage rate and replay rate of black soya bean sowing. The test shows that the band speed, the spindle speed and the interaction between them have a significant impact on performance indicators. but vacuum degree has no significant effect. By using Design-Expert software, the optimal solution is when the spindle speed is 29.22 r/min, the band speed is 5.5 km/h and the vacuum degree is 6 Kpa, the performance of the metering device is the best, and the average qualified rate is 97.6%.Test the optimal performance and the result is reliable.
