摘要
2006年我国高等教育领域发生了一系列具有“里程碑意义”和“预警作用”的大事。这些事件传递着一条重要的信息:2006年是中国高等教育进行重大调整的一年,其核心和焦点是提高教育质量。对高等教育质量的强调,既是高等教育自身发展的内在要求,也是高等教育适应社会发展的客观需要。同时,这也表明我国对高等教育大众化的认识正在由“目标理论”向“预警理论”回归,高等教育大众化实践则开始走向理性和相对成熟,规模、质量、结构和效益协调发展日益成为高等教育改革和治理的目标。
Looking back, we find that a series of "milestone" and "alarming" events occurred in the higher education realm in 2006. All these events conveyed a piece of important message: the year 2006 was a year in which China's higher educatin underwent large-scale adjustment, whose core and focus was to improve the quality of higher education. Putting emphasis on the quality of higher education is not only the inherent request of higher education development itself, but also the objective demand that higher education should adapt to the development of the society. At the same time, this phenomenon also demonstrates that the conception of higher education massification in our country returned from "object theory" to "alarming theory". The practice of higher education massification begen to move in a rational and relatively mature direction. The balanced development among scale, quality, structure and efficiency has increasingly become the object of higher education reform and administration.
