摘要 试验以番茄粉为原料,利用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对番茄红素的提取工艺进行了研究。探讨了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间及夹带剂对番茄红素萃取率的影响,应用高效液相色谱仪对萃取物进行分析检测。采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,通过计算机分析得出最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力38Mpa、萃取温度61℃、夹带剂添加64mL大豆色拉油、萃取时间120min,番茄红素的萃取率为1.18mg/100g。 Studied the technology of supercritical CO2 extraction of lycopene from tomato powder. The effects of pressure, temperature, extraction time and modifier on the lycopene production rate were researched, and HPLC was used to analyze and to examine the product. The optimum conditions were determined through the design of rotation-regression-orthogonal combination and were analyzed by computer. Finally the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by the confirmation experiments: pressure 38Mpa, temperature 61℃, modifier(soybean soil)64mL, extraction time 120min, extraction rate was 1.18mg/100g.
