This article introduced how to control and decrease the injurious ingredients of the liquor by means of using the advanced analyzer,computer,artificial blending technology which is combined with the judge by organ.This technology will bring out the purpjose of testing,analyzing,blending,developing new product,etc by means of using a computer under artificial intervention,and will break through the traditional conception which only depends on a master worder to pass on the formula.
