摘要
利用超临界CO_2流体萃取技术对胡椒中胡椒油的萃取进行了试验研究,通过单因素试验确定胡椒油适宜的萃取压力、萃取温度等操作条件,利用正交试验确定萃取胡椒油适宜的工艺条件。超临界CO_2萃取胡椒油适宜的操作条件是:操作压力为20 MPa、萃取温度为45℃、解析温度为65℃、胡椒粒度为80目。
Pepper oil extraction from pepper by supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. Single factor experiments were used to determine condition ranges of extraction pressure, extraction temperature etc. Orthogonal design was adopted, and results showed the fit condition was: extraction pressure 20 MPa, extraction temperature 45℃, separation temperature 65℃ and pepper granularity 80 mesh.
