摘要
采用6种有机溶剂对胡椒粉进行加热回流提取。结果表明,甲醇和乙醇的胡椒提取物的抗氧化效果最好。以乙醇为提取溶剂,其最佳的工艺条件为:乙醇浓度(体积分数)80%,提取温度70℃,提取时间为24h,乙醇用量为胡椒粉的30倍。
The pepper powder was extracted by hot reflux with 6 kinds of organic solvents. The results indicated that methyl alcohol and ethanol extracts of pepper showed the strongest antioxidant effect. When ethanol is regarded as extraction solvent, the best process conditions are the following: 80% of ethanol density (VN), 70 degrees Centigrade of extraction temperature, 24 hours of extraction time, and the amount of ethanol consumption as 30 times of the pepper powder.
