摘要
采用热空气老化加速试验,对厌氧胶粘剂的贮存寿命进行了试验研究。讨论了试验温度、试验时间对接头粘结强度的影响,分析了粘接试样的破坏类型,并分别以拉伸剪切强度下降20%、30%和50%为失效指标,评价了厌氧胶粘剂的粘接贮存寿命。
The storage life of an anaerobic adhesive was studied by accelerated ageing test. The effect of test temperature and time on bonding strength was discussed. The failure pattern of the samples was analyzed and the storage life was evaluated by the decrease of tensile shear strength by 20% , 30% , and 50% separately.
