摘要
分析了减振垫的贮存环境应力及失效机理,建立了减振垫的性能退化模型及加速模型。选取直接描述减振垫工作特性的品质因数为性能退化参数,通过加速老化试验,在较短的试验时间内确定了减振垫的贮存寿命。
The storage environmental stress and failure mechanism of rubber vibration isolator was analyzed.The performance degradation model and acceleration model were established.The quality factor,which was the direct description of vibration isolator’s characteristic,was selected as performance degradation parameter.The storage life was determined in a shorter testing time through the accelerated aging test.
