摘要
为了获得致密的PEDOT层,研究了不同聚合条件对PEDOT生长规律、微观结构、厚度及叠层铝电容器电性能的影响。结果表明,相对于25%氧化剂浓度,35%氧化剂浓度下PEDOT生长更快,微观呈长链网状结构,厚度更厚,电参数更优;氧化剂在40℃条件下干燥易形成树枝状晶体,有利于PEDOT更好地覆盖于铝箔表面,厚度更均匀,电参数更好;增加水洗次数能让PEDOT在铝箔腐蚀孔内填充更好,微观结构更致密,厚度一致性更好,容量引出更高,并降低成品的损耗及ESR。综合考虑以上条件对PEDOT的影响,将一次完整的聚合分为内层填充、表面生长及厚度增加三个阶段,形成了PEDOT最佳生长模型,解决了批量生产时PEDOT层较薄、生长不致密等问题,提高叠层铝电容器的电性能及可靠性。
In order to obtain dense PEDOT layers,the effects of different polymerization conditions on the growth,microstructure and thickness of PEDOT,and the electrical properties of laminated aluminum capacitors were studied.The results showed that compared with 25%oxidant concentration,the growth of PEDOT at 35%oxidant concentration was faster,the microstructure was long chain network,the thickness was thicker,and the electrical parameters were better.When the oxidant was dried at 40℃,it was easy to form dendritic crystals,which was favorable for PEDOT to cover the aluminum foil surface,with more uniform thickness and better electrical parameters.Increasing the water rinse times could make PEDOT better fill the aluminum foil corrosion holes,having denser microstructure,better thickness consistency,higher capacity extraction,and lower loss and ESR of finished products.Considering the influence of the above conditions on PEDOT,a complete polymerization was divided into three stages;inner layer filling,surface growth and thickness increase.On this basis,the optimal growth model of PEDOT was formed,solving the problems of thin and low-density PEDOT layer in batch production,and improving the electrical performance and reliability of laminated aluminum capacitors.
