摘要
在差示扫描量热分析实验和黏度实验的基础上,对用于管道翻衬修复技术中的聚氨酯树脂体系的化学流变特性进行了研究。结果表明,聚氨酯树脂在20~50℃的温度变化范围内黏度均维持在1.6~2.4Pa·s 之间。根据双阿累尼乌斯方程建立了树脂体系的流变模型,模型与实验结果具有良好的一致性,该模型可预测树脂在不同温度下的黏度特性,为合理制定工艺参数提供了重要依据。利用外推法,结合差示扫描量热分析实验,确定了聚氨酯树脂体系可以选择50~100℃作为升温施工温度;通过凝胶实验测得聚氨酯树脂体系常温固化工艺:固化温度为25℃,凝胶时间为255min。
The rheological behavior of PU resin in pipeline lining rehabilitation was studied through viscosity and DSC experiments. The results show that the viscosity of PU under 20- 50℃ is between 1.6 Pa's and 2.4 Pa's. The experimental data was in good agreement with dual-Arrhenius equation and can well be extrapolated to higher temperatures. DSC experiment showed that 50- 100 ℃ can be selected as the working temperature for PU, Gelation experiment showed that the curing temperature is 25 ℃, the gelating time is 255 min.
