缠绕成型用BMI树脂化学流变性及流变模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 研制了用于缠绕成型的双马来酰亚胺树脂体系,研究该树脂体系的化学流变特性。经黏度实验证实,该体系黏度平台低,低黏度保持时间长1,10℃下保持黏度低于1000 mPa.s的时间为864 min。在黏度实验和差示扫描量热(DSC)实验的基础上,建立了该树脂体系恒温情况下的双阿累尼乌斯黏度模型,该模型与实验数据吻合良好,可有效地预测缠绕成型过程中黏度变化情况以及低黏度平台,为复合材料缠绕成型工艺模拟分析及工艺参数的确定提供了理论依据和基础数据。 A new bismaleimide resin for filament winding, named NUCBMI08 - 1 was developed. The chemorheological behavior of NUCBMI08 - 1 was studied. The viscosity test confirmed that the viscosity platform of NUCBMI08 - 1 was low and the time of maintaining low viscosity was long. This resin maintained viscosity well under 1000 mPa · s for 864 minutes when the temperature was 110℃. The chemorheological behavior of NUCBMI08 - 1 was studied with DSC analysis and viscosity experiments. A chemorheological model based on the dual-arrhenius equation at constant temperature which was in good agreement with the results of experiments was established. The viscosity changing and low viscosity platform of NUCBMI08 - 1 in filament winding could be well determined based on the developed model. The chemorheological model provided theoretical basis and basic data for simulation analysis and processing parameter confirmation of filament winding process of composite.
