摘要
介绍了一种环保型呋喃树脂砂粘结剂的制作方法和应用。生产这种粘结剂的主要原料仍然是尿素、甲醛、糠醇(呋喃甲醇)等,用一种低分子物质作为合成改性剂,不改变树脂的性能,制作成本基本不变。使用该粘结剂可降低游离甲醛对生产环境和操作人员的污染和损害。
Manufacturing method of a self-solidified furan resin sand binder for environment protecting and its application was introduced. Main stuff of synthetic resin of the binder are also urea, formaldehyde, furan methanol, etc. A kind of material was used for performance-altered additive in synthesizing course and a proper synthesizing process was adopted. The performance and the cost of resin are not changed on the whole. Application of this binder could reduce pollution and harm of flee-formaldehyde largely in casting course.
