摘要
利用乙醇-硫酸铵-邻二氮菲体系萃取光度法研究了Fe2+和邻二氮菲的最佳显色条件,完善了测定微量铁含量的操作条件,建立了一个方便、快速、准确的普遍使用于微量铁含量的分析方法。最大吸收波长痊于510nm、回归方程为y=0.008+1.626x,相关系数r=0.9987,摩尔吸光系数=ε9.4×104L/(m o l.cm),Fe(Ⅱ)在0-50μg范围内服从比尔定律。
An aqueous two-phase system of Glycol and (NH4)2SO4 mixture has been developed for the extractive pre concentration and separation of certain compounds. Glycol concentration in upper phase is much higher than that of bottom solution. This new aqueous two-phase system is proposed for the Glycol-rich selective extraction of Iron. The extra absorption of this compound is 510 nm Molar absorption coefficient ε=9.4×10^4L/(mol. cm). Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-50μg.
