摘要
采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定土壤中的有效铁,邻菲罗啉与二价铁离子形成的络合物在513nm处有最大吸光度。在pH值4—9的条件下,采用盐酸羟胺作还原剂,乙酸钠为缓冲溶液,铁(Ⅱ)与邻菲罗啉形成十分稳定的橙红色络合物。常温下该络合物40min内即可显色完全。铁含量在0.009—5.000Lg/mL范围内服从郎伯-比耳定律,相关系数r=0.9999,标准偏差SD=0.00119,测量次数n=5,检出限为0.039Lg。通过实验得到02、06、35、67、90号土壤样品中的铁含量分别为:1.749%、2.57%、2.819%、2.563%、2.71%。
Phenanthroline spectrophotometric determination is adopted to test available iron in the soil. The complex of Phenanthroline and ferrous ion has maximum absorbance at 513nm. At the conditions of pH 4 to 9,using hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reducing agent,sodium acetate as buffer solution, iron ( 11 ) with Phenanthroline form a very stable orange-red complex. At normal temperature,the complex can complete color development" fully within 40 min. The iron content in the range of 0. 009-5. 000μg/mL obey Lambert-Beer law,correlation coefficient r= 0. 9999,standard deviation SD = 0. 00119, measuring frequency n = 5, the detection limit was 0. 039μg. Experiment results of the iron content of the soil samples 02,06,35,67,and 90 were as follows. 1. 749%, 2.57%, 2. 819%,2. 563% ,and 2.71%.
