摘要
在pH为9.0的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲介质中,研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-苯基荧光酮(PF)-Triton X-100析相体系的最佳显色条件及其吸收光谱的分析特性.结果表明,Cu(Ⅱ)-PF-Triton X-100胶束溶液在95℃下加热1h,配合物即被Triton X-100相完全富集,其最大吸收峰为546nm,铜含量在0.5~8μg/5ml,符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为4.7×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1;并尝试以氟化钾、酒石酸钾钠、柠檬酸钠为掩蔽剂,应用于食品中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意.
The optimum condition and the characteristics absorption spectrum of the phase-separation and chromomeric reaction of copper with 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-phenyfluorone in the presence of Triton X-100 are studied. In pH 9.0 NH4Cl-NH3·H2O buffer medium, the complex can be enriched in Triton X-100 phase by heating for 1h at 95℃. The maximum absorption of the complex lies at 546nm. Beer's law is obeyed within 0.5-8 μg/5ml Cu(Ⅱ) with apparent molar absorptivity of 4.7×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in food samples with satisfactory results in the presence of a mix occult reagent of potassium fluoride, sodium citrate and potassium sodium tartrate.
