摘要
合成了高灵敏显色剂二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)-苯基甲烷(DADM)。在混合酸和表面活性剂条件下,水浴加热35min后,DADM与铁(Ⅲ)生成紫红色络合物,λmax=555nm,ε=1.33×105L·mol-1·cm-1;铁(Ⅲ)质量浓度在0~0.4μg/mL范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律。该体系选择性好,稳定时间长,可用于样品中微量铁(Ⅲ)的测定。
High sensitive Diantipyryl - ( p - dimethylamino) - phenylMethane (DADM) was synthe- sized. Iron ( Ⅲ ) with DADM formation of purplish red complexes under the conditions of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfatein and in mixing acids and after water bath heating for 35 min. Maximun absorbance of the product is at 555 nm with absorptivity of 1.33 × 105 L mol - 1 cm - 1. Beer's law is obeyed in the rang of 0 -20μg/50 mL. Method is reliable and can be used for the determination of iron samples.
