摘要
用L-丙氨酸(L-Ala)和苄氧羰基氯(Z-Cl)为主要原料制备苄氧羰基-L-丙氨酸,研究了原料的量比、pH值、反应温度、反应时间对收率的影响,并用红外、高效液相色谱、薄层色谱等进行产品结构表征和纯度分析。结果表明,当Z-Cl:L-Ala=1.3:1(摩尔比),pH值为12~13,反应温度为10~20℃,反应8h,所得产品纯度大于98.5%,产率大于97%。
N-Carbobenzyloxy-L-alanine was prepared using L-alanine (L-Ala) and carbobenzoxy chloride (Z-Cl) as the raw materials. The influencing factors such as pH value,the ratio of raw materials and the reaction temperature on the yield were discussed. The structure of compound was characterized by IR analysis, high performance liquid chromatograph and thin-layer chromatography. When the mole ratio of Z-Cl: L-Ala = 1.3:1 ,pH value is 12~13 ,the reaction temperature is 10~20℃ ,the reaction time is 8 h,the results shows that the purity of final product is 98.5% with the yield over 97%.
