摘要
3%苯丙氨酸喂饲幼年(5~6周)自发性高血压大鼠能阻止血压随年龄的升高。喂饲6周后对照及处理大鼠血压分别为25.8±4.4kPa(194/33mmHg)及22.9±3.0kPa(172/22mmHg),差异有显著性。大鼠喂饲苯丙氨酸后血清谷丙转氨酶(AST),谷草转氨酶(ALT)及尿素氮(BUN)等指标值下降。提示长期应用苯丙氨酸对肝、肾无不良反应。喂饲苯丙氨酸的大鼠尾核酪氨酸羟化酶活性显著增高,而中枢儿茶酚胺含量不增加,。提示尾核儿茶酚胺更新加快,这种作用可能是苯丙氨酸抑制自发性高血压鼠血压升高的机理之一。
Abstract Spontaneous hypertensive rats were fed with 3%phenylalanine intensified forage. This treatment could prevent the increase of blood pressure with age. After 6 weeks of feeding, the blood pressure of the treated (n=20) and control (n=20) rats were 22. 9 ±3. 0and 25. 8±4. 4 kpa respectively and the difference was significant. AST, ALT and BUN, the values of the serum biochemical indices reflected liver and kidney function were better in spontaneous hypertensive rats fed with phenylalanine. These results suggested that chronic feeding with 3% phenylalanine did not exert adverse effects on liver or kidney. The tyraniine hydroxylase activity of caudate nucleus in treated rats was significantly higher than that of the controls , but the catecholamines contents of the two groups of rats in CNS were similar. This suggested that the turnover of catecholamines in CNS was faster in treated rats,and this effect might be one of the mechanisnis by which the increase of blood pressure in young spontaneous hypertensive rats was prevented.
