摘要
选用丝绸和蓝湿革为底物,对前期合成的2个以醛基为活性基团的蛋白质纤维专用染料ARD-1和ARD-2的应用性能进行了初步研究,并与合成它们的母体染料茜素红和茜素黄GG的性能进行了对比。结果表明:与母体染料相比,在分子结构中引入醛基作为反应基团的2种活性染料,均能在较低的温度(35℃)下对丝绸和皮革着色,且着色强度高于母体染料;染色后的丝绸、皮革在洗涤剂中水洗40min后的色差与母体染料相比大大降低,说明ARD-1和ARD-2的耐水洗性能明显优于茜素红和茜素黄GG;这也间接证明了合成染料与蛋白质纤维发生了化学结合,具备活性染料的特性;试验数据还表明,ARD-1和ARD-2用于皮革染色时的水洗牢度比用于丝绸时高。
The application performances of two reactive dyes with aldehyde as reactive group, ARD - 1 and ARD - 2 were stud- ied, and the silk and wet - blue were selected as substrates. Then compared with the parent dyes ( alizarin red and alizarin yellow GG). The results indicate that compare with the parent dyes, the two reactive dyes with aldehyde as reactive group can color the silk and leather at a lower temperature (35%), and colour intensity is higher than that of the parent dyes. After washing 40min in detergent ,the chrominances(AEab) of dyed silk and leather are obviously decreased. It means that the water resistances of ARD - 1 and ARD -2 are clearly better than that of alizarin red and alizarin yellow GG. It also indirectly prove that there is a chemical bonding between synthetic dye and protein fiber. The test data also indicate that the washing fastness of leather is higher than that of silk after dyeing by ARD - 1 and ARD -2.
