摘要
研究了桑蚕丝绸的阳离子改性和改性阳离子丝绸的活性染料染色.研究结果表明:改性阳离子丝绸的活性艳红X-BR100%染色,固色率达到96.60%;活性艳蓝X-BR140%固色率达到99.86%;活性艳橙K-R100%为97.00%;活性深蓝B-2GLN为99.92%,皂洗牢度都达到5级.改性阳离子丝绸的上染过程很快,活性深蓝B-2GLN在4 min上染率就达到99.90%.改性阳离子丝绸染色时不需要使用盐.研究表明:对桑蚕丝绸进行阳离子改性是一种有效的提高丝绸固色率的方法,能够实现无盐染色,有巨大的应用潜力.
In this study, silk was modified with cation compounds and dyed with four reactive dyes. The result showed that the rate of fastness on cation-modified silk was 96.60% for the reactive brilliant red dye X-BR100%, 99.86% for the reactive brilliant blue dye X-BR140%, 97.00% for the reactive brilliant orange dye K-R100%, and 99.92% for the reactive dark blue dye B-2GLN. The wash fastness of the modified silk dyed with the reactive dyes all ranked as Grade 5, and no salt was used in the processes of dyeing. The dyeing process of modified silk was very rapid and the rate of reactive dark blue dye B-2GLN reached 99.90% in 4 min. The technique of modifying silk with cation compounds is an effective and potential method to increase rate of fastness, and the modified silk can be dyed without salt.
