摘要
合成了α—氨基保护的L—Asp和α—羧基保护的L—phe,分别得到了Z—L—Asp(苄氧羰酰—L—天冬氨酸)和L—phe—OMe·HCl(L—苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐),产率分别达75.7%和92.35%。经熔点、旋光值测定和薄层层析,表明两种产物纯度极高。
Two substrates of synthesizing aspartame—a new type of sweater, L—Asp of α—NH2 protected with carbo—benzoxy group, Z—L—Asp, and L—phe of α—COOH protected with methyl ester, L—phe—OMe·HCl,were symthesized. The yields of Z—L—Asp and L—phe—OMe·HCl were 757% and 9223% respectively. Analyzing with melting points and optical activities determined, and with TLC, these two products were qualified.
