摘要
中小学教师的专业自我发展需要是当前教育界普遍关注的热点问题。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对经济欠发达地区市区高中教师的专业自我发展需要进行调查,为学校的有效管理提供理论依据。研究结果表明:高中教师专业自我发展需要水平偏低并受性别、年龄、学校类型等因素的影响,表现出明显的个别差异。影响高中教师专业自我发展需要进一步提升的主要因素是经济因素。
Today the need of specialization self-development of teachers in middle school and primary school is a hot subject for discussion to the people in educational area. In order to make a theoretical basis for school management, this research adopts answering questionnaires to learn about the need of specialization self-development of the teachers in senior high school in the developing area, Jieyang city. The results are as follows: First, generally speaking, the need of specialization self-development of the teachers in senior high school in the developing city is scarce. Second, the need is affected by some factors such as sex, age, school type, and so on. And among all these, economic condition is the key factor.
