摘要
激励是管理学和管理心理学中的核心内容。新建本科院校科研激励中存在诸多问题。结合新建 本科院校的现有实际,运用管理学和管理心理中的激励思想,尝试构建新建本科院校科研综合激励机制。科研 综合激励机制符合新建本科院校自身实际和内在特性,且涵盖全体教师的具有持久生命力动态激励机制。
Motivation is the key component in administration and administrative psychology. Based upon the theory of motivation, having analyzed the existing problems of scientific research in newly-founded universities, this paper attempts to construct a comprehensive system to promote staff research interests, a system that fits in with their current situations and will everlastingly benefit both the universities and the staff.
