摘要
本文主要研究的是锰铁中碳、硫的测定,由于锰铁中锰含量一般在60~80%,通过高频加热燃烧后生成的大量锰氧化物对二氧化硫有强烈的吸附作用,从而影响锰铁中硫的测定,为了消除对硫的干扰,本方法通过添加一定量的硅钼粉,可消除锰氧化物对二氧化硫的吸附,得到满意的分析结果.
This paper studied the measurement of carbon and sulphur in ferro-manganese. As manganese content in ferro-manganese is generally 60 percents to 80 percents, a large number of manganese oxides generated by HF heating and burning has a strong absorption in sulphur dioxide, then influences sulphur measurement in ferro-manganese. In order to eliminate interference to sulphur, this paper eliminated the absorption of manganese oxides and sulphur dioxide by insertion a certain amount of silicon-molybdenum powder,thus got the satisfactory analysis results.
