摘要
采用微波消解对锰铁进行预处理后,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定硫含量。向样品中加入2 m L浓硝酸和5 m L氢氟酸消解样品完全溶解后,于182.034 nm分析谱线处测定。该方法样品处理过程简便、分析时间短,且结果具有较好的准确度和精密度,从而可推广应用于相关工业质量控制。
A rapid method of ICP-AES determination with microwave digestion of sulfur in ferromanganese was proposed. 2 m L high nitric acid and 5 m L hydrofluoric acid were selected as digestion solution to disintegrate the samples. Consequently,the sulfur contentions of samples were measured at the analytical spectral line at the wavelength of 182. 034 nm. The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate. Therefore,it can be suitable for the analysis of corresponding industrial production control.
