摘要
目前,锑锭中硫量的测定采用的国标法是燃烧中和法。在高频红外线吸收法测锑锭中硫含量的方面,相关的介绍不多,本文介绍采用高频红外碳硫仪测定锑锭中的硫含量,通过对样品的称样量、助熔剂的选择、助熔剂的用量及加入顺序等条件进行优化试验,以达到减少样品的喷溅,消除粉尘吸附,促进硫充分释放的目的,确立了0.100g样品+0.3g纯铁+1.5g钨助熔剂的最佳分析条件,建立起行之有效的分析方法,提高了工作效率,获得满意的结果,满足日常分析工作的要求。
At present,the national standard method for the determination of sulfur content in antimony ingots is combustion neutralization.Determination of sulfur content in antimony ingots by high frequency infrared absorption method,there are not many relevant introductions.This paper introduces the determination of sulfur content in antimony ingot by high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer,through the optimization test of the sample weighing,the selection of flux,the amount of flux and the adding sequence,etc,in order to reduce sample splashing,eliminate dust adsorption and promote the full release of sulfur,the optimum analysis conditions of 0.100g sample+0.3g pure iron+1.5g tungsten flux were established,establish effective analysis methods,the work efficiency has been improved and satisfactory results have been obtained,meet the requirements of daily analysis.
