摘要
应用红外碳硫测定仪 ,对镍基高温合金中痕量硫的测定方法进行了研究。考察了影响低硫测定的主要因素 ,采用医用氧气、W -Sn助熔剂、坩埚预处理等途径降低并稳定了空白。测定范围 :硫的质量分数 0 0 0 0 1%~ 0 0 0 0 5 % ,RSD <3 0 %。
An infrared absorption method for the determination of trace sulfur in nickel base superalloys was presented.Influencing factors for the determination of trace sulfur were investigated.The blank value of sulfur was reduced and settled by the pre-treatment of ceramic crucible and using W-Sn fluxing agent and oxygen gas for medical use.The method has been applied to determine trace sulfur (0.000*!1%~0.000*!5%) in nickel base superalloys.
