棉丹通腑化瘀胶囊对实验性大鼠子宫内膜异位症的影响

摘要 目的:探讨棉丹通腑化瘀胶囊对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的影响。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植的方法建立内膜异位症的模型,用放射免疫法测定外周血白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)的含量。结果:造模后大鼠体内IL-6、IL-8含量升高,而用药组可降低IL-6、IL-8的水平。结论:棉丹通腑化瘀胶囊能抑制大鼠子宫内膜生长,调节紊乱的免疫机能。 Aim: To explore the effect of Miandantongfuhuayu capsule on treating experiment endometriosis in female rats. Methods: Using self-transplatation method to make endometriosis models in female rat, the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum were measured by specific radioimmunoassay. Results: Levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum in experimental endometriosis are higher than that of control rat and concentrations of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum can be lowed in rats treated with drugs. Conclusion: Miandantongfuhuayu capsule can prevent the development of deviant endometrium and relieve the disturbances of immune function in EM.
