摘要
目的 为研究子宫内膜异位症 (EMT)提供理想的动物模型。方法 采用外科诱导法对 6 0只大鼠行建模手术。在术后的第 4、6和 8周动态观察病灶的生长情况 ,运用光镜、电镜进行组织学观察。结果 建模成功率在 6 0 %(36 6 0 )左右 ,生长良好的囊肿内壁有内膜上皮细胞生长 ,病灶随移植时间的推延先逐渐增大之后又有缩小的趋势 (P<0 0 5 ) ,同一时间内子宫旁韧带处病灶明显大于腹壁处和子宫Y型分叉处 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同一时间内腹壁处和子宫Y型分叉处病灶比较无差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 将动物自体子宫内膜移植到子宫旁韧带、腹壁处或子宫Y型分叉处形成了子宫内膜异位病理模型 ,是子宫内膜异位症的实验研究的简便方法 。
Objective To research the endometriosis and get some ideal animal models. Methods Endometriosis was surgically induced in 60 rats. The growth of the transplant and rats'estrus cycle was observed by the means of optical microscope, electronmicroscpoe and the hisochemistry method in different time after the implantation operation. Results There was 60% transplant to develop. The inner wall of the cyst had endometrum epithelial cell,and it altered cycle with the normal endometrum. The cysts enlarged graduall at first and had contracted tendency after that, and the cysts on the utero ligment were bigger than the ones in the abdominal wall and the crossing site of the uterus in the same time. But there is no difference in the abdominal wall and the crossing site of the uterus.Conclusion The model of endometriosis in a rat established by implanting the self-endometrum to the utero ligament or the abdominal wall or the crossing site of the uterus is the convenient method to study the endometriosis. This ectopic endometrium can change corresponding the reproductive cycle, and has physiological function like the normal endometrum.
