摘要
目前中国铁路施工与运输矛盾突出,本文首先从既有线施工与维修工作的特点以及现有管理模式两方面分析了造成该问题的主要原因,然后重点从五个基础性问题如既有线分类标准、线路建设理念、设备维修工作等入手,提出根本性解决这一矛盾的思路。
In china, reconstructing and maintaining work always comes into conflict with the operation work of railway. To find out the main reasons, this article firstly analyzed the situation and the management pattern of reconstruction and maintaining work for the existed lines. Then, it deeply studies the problems from the view of criterions of existed line classificatoin, ideas of reconstruction lines, facility maintaining work and so on, and brings forward the way to resolve the conflict.
