摘要
IRLCAD系统的研究是一项难度很大的课题，必须首先做好系统总体结构确定、开发环境选择、数据管理方式等几个基础性问题的研究。本文将重点对这几个问题进行探讨。
Research on intelligent CAD system of railway new line is a very difficult project.This paper attempt to discuss some basic problems in detail, such as determining the systemstructure, selecting the develop environment and managing the information,etc.
