摘要
基于煤矿安全管理水平影响因素,应用系统动力学理论和方法,对影响煤矿安全管理水平的关键因素进行动态预测,研究煤矿管理水平因子对煤矿安全水平的影响,并通过仿真计算、对比分析各因子的安全投入增加率对安全管理水平的影响大小,求证安全投入与安全管理水平的相关性。仿真分析表明,该方法为政府和煤矿企业明确安全投入方向和安全管理宏观决策提供一个新的思路。
Based on the causality of the factors of safety management in coal mine enterprises,applying the method of system dynamics theory,the key factors of management level were forecasted dynamically,and the effect of coal mining management factors upon colliery safety management level was studied.Through the simulating calculating,the effect of safety investment increasing rate of various factors upon safety management level was discussed at last in order to prove the correlativity of safety investment increasing rate and the system safety level.Simulation can give government and coal mine enterprises a new access for safety investment and safety management decision making.
