介绍了运行图预留综合施工天窗的概念及意义 ;分析了在实践中影响天窗兑现的四个因素 ;介绍了实施综合天窗的组织措施及提高天窗兑现率的对策。
The concept and significance of comprehensive window spared in run chart in advance were introduced.Four factors were analyzed that may influence the realization of comprehensive window in practice.The organization methods were given to carry out comprehensive window,the countermeasures were put forward to raise the realization possibility of comprehensive window.
