摘要 以提升建筑工地安全监管效果为目的,研究基于BIM技术的煤矿建筑工程安全检测方法,建立由数据采集层、应用层等组成的煤矿建筑安全检测模型。数据层通过RFID标签与WSN传感网络采集以及传输煤矿建筑施工信息,经过数据处理层处理后传输至模型层内;模型层依据处理后的建筑数据,利用BIM技术内的REVIT软件建立建筑工程标高与轴网后,将CAD工程图纸导入该软件内,经过对建筑框架结构做柱体填充、添加梁、门窗等步骤,建立并实时更新煤矿建筑工程BIM模型;应用层依据更新后的煤矿建筑工程BIM模型,利用层次分析法分析建筑施工过程的异常情况;用户层依据应用层反馈的分析结果,同建筑工程管理人员进行建筑工程安全检测的人机交互。实验结果表明:该方法可实时更新建筑孔洞并充分描述其详细属性,且具备较强的冲突检测与安全隐患追踪能力。 For the purpose of improving the effect of construction site safety supervision,it was research on the safety inspection method of coal mine construction engineering based on BIM technology,and established a coal mine construction safety inspection model composed of data collection layer and application layer.The data layer collected and transmitted coal mine construction information through RFID tags and WSN sensor network,and transmitted it to the model layer after being processed by the data processing layer;the model layer used the REVIT software in the BIM technology to establish the elevation of the construction project based on the processed building data after connecting with the grid,imported the CAD engineering drawing into the software,and after the steps of column filling,adding beams,doors and windows to the building frame structure,established and updated the coal mine construction engineering BIM model in real time;the application layer was based on the updated coal construction engineering,BIM model used the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the abnormal conditions of the construction process;the user layer conducted the human-computer interaction of the construction project safety inspection with the construction project management personnel based on the analysis results fed back by the application layer.The experimental results showed that the method could update the building holes in real time and fully describe their detailed attributes,and had strong conflict detection and safety hazard tracking capabilities.
