摘要
合作的教师文化有利于教师个体发展和教学水平的提高。教师发展成长的环境不仅仅是让教师学习某些学科知识或教育知识,也不是个别教师孤立的“反思”,而是根据共事、开放、信任的原则,构建一种合作的、富有创造性的教师文化。
A cooperative teacher culture helps develop a teacher as an individual and promotes teaching quality. An environment for the development of teachers does not simply help teacher acquire knowledge of certain subjects, nor is it the isolated reflection of an individual teacher. It is a cooperative and creative teacher culture constructed on the basis of co-working, openness and mutual-trust.
