摘要
利用自编的《教师专业自主发展调查问卷》对中原油田所属学校教师进行调查。结果表明:教师的专业成长与教龄、学校氛围、参与课题研究、对教师职业的热爱等因素有显著关系,与性别、所教学科、学历、当教师的原因、压力程度无显著关系;其中,领导的关注、学生的认同、教师的职业动机、职业规划、主动性、反思能力、学习能力、人格特征等对教师的专业成长有显著影响。
The report is based on the survey of teachers belonging to the area of central plains oilfield, by the aid of self- compiled questionnair on Professional Self- determination Development of Terchers'. If works out that the teachers ' professional development has close relation to the factors, such as the teaching seniority, the atmosphere of the school, research topic involved, the passion to teaching; for the other, has not notable relation to the gendar, the deciphne taught, the record of education, the reason of being teacher, the level of stress. It also shows that close attention of leaders, the recognition of students, the motivation of profession as a teacher, the planning of profession, initiative, the competence of reflection, learning, the personality have remarkable influence on professional development of teachers.
