摘要
人力资源是企业可持续发展的基本支持要素。然而,随着经济社会的高速发展,许多企业员工都遭遇心理压力的困扰,员工的心理问题对企业的可持续发展造成了极大的阻碍。为此,本文提出了一种解决途径,即推广已在国外广泛应用的员工帮助计划,简称EAP。EAP旨在帮助员工应对压力困扰,是一种提高工作绩效的精神福利。本文阐述了EAP在降低成本、提高生产率、提高生活质量、提高回报率等方面为企业带来的好处,并对EAP在发达国家的情况进行了介绍,进而对我国企业开展EAP的必要性进行分析。
Human resource is the foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. However, with high speed development of social economy, many employees have been disturbed by great pressure. Psychological problems resulting from that can exert negative effects on the enterprises' development. Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), which has been widely used in western countries as a benefit provided by the enterprises to help the employees to solve the great pressure and improve the job performance. This article detailed the effects of EAP on cutting cost, increasing productivity, and improving life quality. The popularity of EAP in western countries was addressed and the need of adopting EAP in China was discussed as well.
