地方性砷中毒患者细胞因子水平与抗氧化能力相关分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨地方性砷中毒患者细胞因子水平与抗氧化能力的相关性。方法:对81例地方性砷中毒患者(病例组)和对照组(88例)血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)水平进行检测及分析。结果:与对照组相比,地方性砷中毒患者血清IL-2、IL-8和TNF-α水平显著增高(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px活性明显降低,而MDA水平增高(P<0.05)。砷中毒患者IL-2、IL-8、TNF-α含量与SOD、GSH-Px活性呈负相关性,与MDA水平呈正相关性 (P<0.05)。结论:地方性砷中毒患者血清IL-2、IL-8和TNF-α水平高于对照组,而抗氧化能力低于对照组。地方性砷中毒患者的IL-2、IL-8和TNF-α水平随抗氧化能力的降低而升高。 Objective: To study the relationship and the coordinating roles between cytokine levels and antilipid peroxidation ability in arsenism patients. Methods: Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumornecrosis factor-α(TNF-α), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the serum of patients were measured and analyzed. Results: Compared with those of the control, the IL-2, IL-8, TNF-α, MDA levels were higher (P〈0.05), while the SOD, GSH-Px contents were lower (P 〈0.05) in the patients. We also found that there was a negative correlation between the IL-2, IL-8, TNF-α and SOD, GSH-Px, respectively. Further, there was a significant positive correla- tion between IL-2, IL-8, TNF-α and MDA. Conclusions: Arsenic exposure cause progressive elevation of IL-2, IL-8, TNF-α and MDA associated with decreasing level of SOD, GSH-Px.
