摘要
目的探讨百草枯中毒(Paraquat posisoning,PQP)患者血清细胞因子与抗氧化能力相关性。方法检测PQ患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GsH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,并进一步进行比较分析。结果 PQP患者血清IL-2、IL-8及TNF-α明显高于正常人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PQP患者GSH-px和SOD活性明显降低,而血清MDA水平明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PQP患者IL-2、IL-8和TNF-α含量与SOD、GSH-px之间存在负相关(P<0.05),与MDA间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论 PQP患者细胞因子水平随机体抗氧化能力的降低而升高。
Objective To explore the correlation of serum cytokines and anti-oxidative capacity in patients with paraquat poisoning(PQP). Methods The serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin -8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)levels, and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathioneglutathione peroxidase (GsH -Px), malondialdehyde (MDA)content of PQP patients were detected, and further was analyzed. Results The serum IL-2,IL-8 and TNF-α of PQP patients was significantly higher than the normal population,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ); The GSH-px and SOD activity of PQP patients was significantly decreased,the serum MDA levels were significantly increased,the difference statistically significant (P 〈 0.05);There was a negative correlation of IL-2, IL-8 and TNF-o~ and the activities of SOD, GSH-px in PQP patients (P 〈 0.05), and a positive correlation with MDA (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The level of cytokine in PQP patients can elevate with the decrease in the body's antioxidant capacity.
