摘要
从文化比较角度，考察来自源文化和目的文化的译者如何处理《阿 Q 正传》中的文化负载词的翻译， 希望探索其中带有规律性的翻译原则与方法。并提出，为了实现源文化成功融入到目的文化中去，应最大化采用 异化的翻译方法。
This thesis examines two English versions on the treatment of culture-loaded words in The True Story of Ah Q. The examination aims to identify the strategies employed by the translators from both the source and target cultures. It finally points out that it is highly desirable for the translator to stick as close as possible to the source culture by maximizing the foreignization as the primary translation strategy.
