摘要
本文在阐述参考咨询服务与知识管理的内在联系的基础上,提出了把知识管理引入参考咨询服务的必要性,并对基于知识管理的参考咨询知识库应包括的具体内容及其构建提出了建议。
On the base of the relation of reference service and knowledge management, this paper put forward the necessity of leading KM into reference service. And, through the example of Chinese National Science Digital Library Reference Desk, the paper brings forward the advices about the detailed content that should be involved in Knowledge Repositories and its design on the base of KM.
