摘要
对大学生利用参考咨询服务的现状进行调查与分析讨论;在此基础上提出深入开展面向大学生信息素质教育的参考咨询工作,必须从人力资源建设、制度建设、技术应用三方面入手;指出图书馆应充分利用自身优势,不断创新参考咨询工作,积极探索参考咨询工作为大学生信息素质教育服务的新模式。
This paper makes statistic analyses on the uses on the reference service in university libraries, then it proposes that from human resources, system construction and technology applications, people must proceed to develop in-depth reference service for the undergraduate＇ s information literacy education. Finally, it points out that university libraries should make full use of their own advantages, such as information resources, information technology, information personnel and information educatim to innovate reference work and actively explore new models of reference service for the undergraduate＇ s information litecacy education.
