摘要
高校图书馆实行学科馆员制度是高校图书馆迎接挑战、实现自我实力提升的重要举措。论述了高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的可行性和必要性以及学科馆员的主要作用,提出了高校图书馆加强学科馆员队伍建设的途径。
Implementing the subject librarian system in university library is an important measure for university library to take the challenge and realize the upgrade of self strength.This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of establishing subject librarian system in university library,expounds the main functions of subject librarian,and puts forward some paths for university library to strengthen the construction of subject librarian team.
