摘要
将知识管理理论引入合作数字参考咨询服务,应用知识管理理念,对合作数字参考咨询服务中的队伍配备问题、资源建设问题、问题分配问题以及知识共享问题进行探讨,力图为合作数字参考咨询服务的进一步完善提供新的思路与理念。
This article introduces the theory of knowledge management into the collaborative digital reference service, and applies the ideas of knowledge management to solve some problems of collaborative digital reference service which include staff organization、resource construction、question assignment and knowledge sharing etc. The application of the theory of knowledge management will provide new ideas for the further improvement of collaborative digital reference service.
